Mr. Chin has obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong. He was admitted as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2009 and served as an audit specialist in PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG for 7 years. He has also been awarded the qualification of Financial Risk Manager (FRM) in 2009 and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2010.
